We are looking to recruit an Information and Engagement Officer who will provide accurate and timely information over a variety of platforms on relevant legislations, activities and services provided by the Commission. They will also prepare correspondence and respond to enquiries received from individuals, community groups and organisations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- proven experience in information services provision, preferably within a statutory framework
- knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission and its legislation, or capacity to quickly gain this knowledge
- demonstrated engagement skills
- proven experience in providing outstanding service.
This is a fixed term opportunity until 30 June 2021.
