Rebecca is a Partner at Ernst & Young in the Climate Change and Sustainability Services team, working on sustainability and health, safety and environment engagements.
Prior to becoming a partner in 2016, she worked as a Sustainability consultant and a Chartered Accountant for Ernst & Young. She has also spent some time as a Chartered Accountant for BNP Paribas in London.
Rebecca was a board member of Cambodian Kids Can, a charity that supports children’s welfare, education and community projects in Cambodia, from 2014–17. She was a board member and the finance committee chair of the Norman Wettenhall Foundation, an environmental foundation, from 2011–14.
Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commissioner Kristen Hilton welcomed Ms Dabbs’ appointment.
