Ombudsman Victoria

Ombudsman Victoria is impartial, ethical and respectful of individual rights and its services are free of charge. The Ombudsman is an independent officer of the Victorian Parliament.

If you are unhappy about actions, decisions or the way you have been treated by the State government, a public authority, a local council, a private agency that does work on behalf of the government, a statutary body including the Commission, you can lodge a complaint with Ombudsman Victoria.
