A report detailing the Equal Opportunity Commissions' findings following an investigation into the decision made by the Department of Human Services, to relocate certain intellectually disabled people from Janefield and Kingsbury Training Centres to Plenty Residential Services. The investigation was conducted in accordance to section 156 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1995 and as directed by the then Anti Discrimination Tribunal on 12 June 1996.
