Our workplace environment

We advocate for and support flexible work arrangements, with many of our staff are working part-time and flexible hours.

Our Aboriginal Community Engagement Strategy is shaping our work and connections with Victoria’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. Our frontline staff in our enquiries and dispute resolution team as well as leaders and managers all complete cultural competency training.

Internship opportunities

The Commission is pleased to offer internship opportunities across the organisation, working with our diverse range of subject-matter experts.

Please note, internships are only open to tertiary students who can claim course credit for the work they do with us.
